The Dreaming Bear is an immersive audiovisual installation by Aino Venna. Rooted in the symbolism of the bear as a sacred ancestor, the piece invites visitors into a meditative space shaped by breath, rhythm, and cyclical rest. Through layered soundscapes and dreamlike generative visuals, the work offers an experience of slowness, attunement, and embodied presence. Designed for darkened spaces with projection and sound, The Dreaming Bear has no physical structure—only atmosphere. It can be experienced as a self-contained work or as part of a wider artistic cycle where human, machine, and myth briefly share the same ground.
